Missing part

I should’ve listened to reviews. Chair arrived missing ottoman cushion. Contacted support and provided pictures. They assured me they would ship the missing part. Today two giant boxes arrived containing three cushions for the back of the chair and for the sitting. None of the them one I needed. I’m still missing the ottoman cushion.

Nightmare Assembly, bad instructions

Our chair is together finally and is actually perfect for what we wanted: a chair with foot rest when we need an extra seat in the family room. The assembly wasn’t too tedious, once we’d assembled it wrong due to the misleading, unlabeled graphic instructions and took it apart and got it back together a second time. I’ve never seen graphic directions that would have been fine, had there been brief verbiage to distinguish one seemingly identical picture from another. For example. There are four cross bars, three of one kind and a fourth with a place to screw the bottom cushion to the frame. The graphic shows the frame, one side labeled “rear” and the other labeled “front.” But no way to tell which is which. The rear side has holes for screws, the front does not. But the graphic doesn’t show that, let alone point it out. And they are hard to notice, without direction. Really a nightmare for us regular folks. Would not recommend this. Ever!

Do not purchase

This is a terrible company I purchased this chair for Christmas. I received it the day before Christmas. Only for it not to have all the hardware. A cushion and a bar stabilizer I contacted said compasking for the hardware and said missing pieces. They instructed me to throw away the original one and they would send me a replacement I received the secondary one the first week of january only for that That shipment To also not have a stabilizer bar hardware. An ottoman legs. I contacted to the company again. Only to be assured that the third shipment would have all the pieces. I received the third shipment January 4th 2024 only for that to have again, no cushion , chair legs , hardware nor stabilizer bar. I contacted the company again. They offered me a discount to buy the hardware . Asof today 1/8/24 I'm currently awaiting a call back from a supervisor. My refund wont /cant be processed until they receive the items back.
