An Easy Fix
Unit operated as advertised and worked fine. One item that could be improved is to provide a hole in the top of each water tank so a funnel can be inserted to re-fill with water. This would eliminate the cumbersome removal, inversion, filling and re-insertion of the water tanks.

Excellent machine, great value.
I searched for an efficient and attractive humidifier, and am thrilled with this. It's easy to use, effective, and has a small footprint.

Keeps stopping with clean water, weird loud noise
Clearly not the better products that HoMedics used to sell! We have clean city water and the unit keeps stopping when there is water. I have to slam the water tanks down and it start working again, for a short time. Then there's a loud motor noise that goes away only when you unplug the power cord and plug it back in.

Filling tanks
this humidifier is ok but very hard to fill reservoirs-you have to tip upside down to fill and top has point-very difficult to hold onto and fill

Very quiet!
We are glad we purchased this humidifier. It is very quiet and does the job for us each night. The humidifier holds enough water to last several Nights before refilling. We are glad we have it.
worked great until it leaked everywhere
for the past 2 nights, the humidifier has leaked from the bottom and we can no longer use it. there is no content to address leaking in the manual. we have used this consistently for the past 6 months without an issue, keeping it clean and well maintained. no idea what happened but the water first stained the bedside table and then last night leaked into the floor boards into the canned light in our family room downstairs.

Product not treating us well
we purchased these because of the 2 gallon capacity.We have had wonderful luck with other Homedics products ,but not these. The first issue is the white powder on EVERYTHING! The next issue is that our eyes started itching about 3 days after we started to use these humidifiers. Very dissapointed with these. We will be sending them back A.S.A.P.

Pass on this model
There is no way to fully clean this model. We have to stop using due to this, it’s gross. The cylinder type is much better. And it’s a pain to fill this one, the reservoir can’t stand on their own. Thanks, SN
