I think these towels are great quality, nice and thick and long lasting, due to a bizarre circumstance I needed to replace one of my towels and realized that my towels are over two years old and have received almost constant use as I usually just wash them and hang them right back up and they are still just as good as when they were new. They are expensive towels but I believe the quality is worth the price.

For our wedding registry, we searched high & low for good towels. Finally found these at Macy's, so we registered for the white towels. We loved them so much that we ordered 6 of the taupe towels for my parents for Christmas. They just arrived and are awful. They are about half the thickness of our wedding towels and the softness is less than desirable. Definitely not worth the amount we paid, so we are returning them. Manufacturing must have changed over the last 6 months or buying a colored towel maybe effected the quality. Dunno, but extremely disappointed.

I really loved these towels when they first arrived. Yes it took a couple of washes to get the artificial feel out of them, but they quickly became my absolute favorite towels. They are soft and absorbent and make me love getting out of the shower every day. But I purchased these towels in August, and by November they are starting to unravel. Meanwhile my other cheap towels have been with us for years and years and are still holding up. A three month life-span is unacceptable for any towel, let alone a towel that costs a mini-fortune.

Married this summer, my kids received a number of towels from this collection they just love. They look great, wash wonderfully, and are truly absorbent. These bath sheets are so big I couldn't wait for Christmas to give them to my son. Couldn't believe how fast the delivery was and can not imagine how anyone could rate them below a 5 *

LOVE these towels! Great quality! Even my husband commented on much he enjoyed using them! That definitely speaks volumes!

I was a little worried about some of the issue's in the review comments, but I trusted in the Hotel Collection brand, because I use a lot of their product line and have been very happy with them, These towels are Great ! ( a tip when you wash them use the bulk setting on your washer it slows the agitator to a slower speed and the water level is higher so the towels don't lose any fabric and when you dry them the lint filter has only a trace of lint even on the first washing. Enjoy !
