Bath Towels MicroCotton® Collection, Created for Macy's

Beware!!! Macy's quality has gone down, sadly. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I purchased the Hotel collection bath towels to update 3 full bathrooms. One of the bath sheets was under a faucet that barely dripped water for about 5 hours. In that spot on the towel, it turned completely white!!! I reached out to their support team which said I was out of my 90 day window to return. I explained I didn't want a return, I wanted an exchange and that I had no issues with any of the other towels. I felt like I talked to robot on their online chat. Sadly they have lost a loyal customer.

These towels are thick and soft. Unfortunately the downside is that they contain more lint than I have EVER experienced with towels. My dryer has a large filter but it still needs to have the lint removed every 15 minutes when drying these towels - inconvenient but I don't want a dryer fire. Other than the lint problem they are big and soft!

Very soft, plush and absorbent, but they shed like crazy. You HAVE to wash them by themselves because they shed on EVERYTHING, even dish towels (attached picture); and it’s VERY difficult to remove the pilling off other articles. I prewashed them before using, but they continue to shed.

I wash my towels prior to using and had the stitching on the side of one hand towel come apart, and they also changed colors/discolored to an almost pinkish color in parts of the hand towels. So very disappointed in these - do not recommend.

I like the color {Blue}. I bought the set on sale with some of my Reward money. I think the regular price is too expensive. A little of the color faded after washing a few times and I noticed a thread/fiber did pull through the fabric. Overall, they are nice towels.

One day I decided life was too short to have ratty old towels just because they were "good enough" so I went to Macy's. That was 8 years ago. I only use Hotel Collection towels now and have given them to family as gifts. I use them all the time and don't worry about using them up.

The midnight color is rich and the towels are thick, plush and a good size. The hotel collection has been my towel of choice for years because of quality. I love the sales offered because they make these wonderful towels affordable. I highly recommend them.

I love these towels. They are the softest towels I ever had and very absorbent. I’m going to buy more.
