Buyer Beware

I purchased this set, and only one of the two pieces was delivered. When I called to inquire about the second piece, I was told that I was supposed to purchase two pieces even though it clearly states in the description, "This box spring arrives in two pieces. Split box springs make it easier to maneuver through narrow stairwells, elevators, and door frames." After speaking with MULTIPLE representatives, I was given two options: buy another piece or return the one that was delivered, and with a fee to pick it up. I was very disappointed in the overall customer service, and I expected more from Macy's.
