At first it was blissful to sleep on this mattress. After several months, the body indentations began to deepen. Getting out of the "trench" became more and more difficult. It is lovely to fall asleep in at first, but upon awakening, my back is aching. Even with rotating the mattress, the "gutters" created by body impressions remain deep and body pain has become intolerable. The guest bed is now being used instead. I will contact Aireloom regarding the warranty, but I do not have high expectations. I researched extensively before purchasing this expensive mattress and had high hopes. The fact is, after 6 months, this mattress had unsatisfactory wear, and at the one year mark, it results in too much pain to sleep on. I don't expect Macy's to publish this review. Whenever I saw a negative review of this mattress when I was researching mattresses, when I looked a second time, they were gone. I ignored the few negative reviews I saw. I should have believed them.

Used to have a temperpedic. This bed is a 10000% times better! Highly recommend!

We love our adjustable frame. It is great to be able to sleep at any adjustment from head to toe. We are both sleeping better than ever which does not happen when you are in your 50's.

The bed was very comfortable in the showroom and at home, but we were not told there is latex in the bed. What happened to full disclosure?

We selected this bed because we have different sleep styles, back vs. side/stomach, also because of the latex layer. I cannot believe my back pain is gone and I feel more refreshed in the morning, while the old mattress left me feeling in pain and exhausted each morning. On occasion the mattress can run hot, otherwise we are completely satisfied with this purchase. I look forward to sleeping in our new bed each night.

After 6 months of owning I find the mattress too soft and too warm. My husband, a slide sleeper, loves the new mattress and adjusted well from his former plush mattress. This mattress is much softer than the firm ones I was used to and now my lower backs aches for the first time in my life. I figured that the latex composition would be a bit warmer, but was surprised to find it uncomfortable Nov-Mar when the rest of the house is so cool.
