UPDATE FROM OCTOBER 28, 2022
This mattress has only gotten worse. The indentations are deeper. The back, hip, and thigh pain have only gotten worse and affects me all day long. I have rotated and flipped the mattress so many times. Mattress will feel firmer each time but within just a few days I feel as if I am sinking into the mattress again and the pain starts all over again. I am going to continue sleeping on the mattress. Won't take long for the warranty to be honored. Meaning the indentations will only continue to get worse. The mattress probably already meets the requirements for replacement. But I have decided to continue sleeping on it a little while longer so that when they send someone out there will be no doubt the mattress meets the qualifications for replacement.

I do not recommend this mattress.
Within just a few days the mattress started sinking in. Having to rotate the mattress every two weeks but within just a few days the mattress starts sinking in again. Have flipped the mattress several times. I wake up every morning with back, hip, and thigh pain. I find myself getting on the very edge or in the center of the mattress trying to find a little firmness. Yes, I wanted a plush pillow top mattress but I didn't expect it to start sinking in within a few days.

Do Not buy this Mattress
This mattress is 100% pure garbage. It was purchased in May 2021. It was delivered and set up on the approved frame that came with it. We followed all of the directions on the warranty and proper care insert that came with the mattress. After 1 week of sleeping on it, we needed to turn it because the impressions were so deep. To give an idea of how absurd this is, I weigh 115 pounds and I'm sleeping alone in this bed. After the first turn 1 week later it needed to be turned again. And so it went until I had slept on all sides of the mattress. Now 1.5 years into a mattress that is supposed to have a 10 year warranty, all sides of the mattress have indents well over 1.5 Inches. It is impossible to sleep on without waking up in agonizing pain. Neither Macys nor Shifman have responded to calls to send someone out to check the mattress under the warranty. When I call I am put on hold for over an hour then when someone picks up the line is instantly disconnected. Do not purchase this garbage

Comfortable Yet Firm!! Well Worth It!!
My wife and I are loving this mattress so far!!!. From My experience buying mattresses in the past I realized I tend to like firmer mattresses in the showroom only to find it too hard to comfortably sleep on at home. Knowing this... in the showroom the Meghan felt a little soft to me but after I received it on my first nights sleep it felt awesome. While in bed under the covers it actually feels much firmer, it feels very supportive and extremely comfortable. I sleep on my back and sides, while on my side I can feel the plushness supporting my hips and shoulders, they don't feel sore in the morning. And while laying on my back it feels firm and supportive. Its definitely expensive but you get what you pay for.

Well-made mattress = a great night sleep!
This mattress is a quality product. It is stable and firm yet still has a plush comfort to it. Seems to be built to last. And most importantly, been getting some great night's of sleep.

Absolutely amazing
I received a 15 inch plush mattress with a 9 inch box when it came it looked so high but when all came together it was a dream come true. It is made for a queen the material is gorgeous the feel is amazing and it is so comfortable. We sleep like babies still can't believe we got it. I am forever a loyal Macys customer.

Dream Bed!!!!!
I absolutely love this bed!! The bed had a plush and very rich pillow top feel. What is awesome this mattress conforms with your body almost like your body is being hugged. It stands tall and made very well. I have had the most restful sleep I have had in years.
