Sleeping with a Cloud
I love the feeling at having a comforter!
Sub par
Cover is not soft and feels ruff.. it is decently warm.. but that sand paper cover is a return.
Hotel Collection Duvet- Queen/heavy weight
Finally found a duvet that ends my search- quality natural fabrics, 700 fill white down-evenly distributed with no escaping feathers -and a wonderful hugging comfort. Live in a northern climate- sleep in a cool room and wanted a warm snuggly duvet. This heavy weight duvet is perfect for me. It’s expensive, but worth it.

Disappointed and unacceptable item
Very disappointed. This is a terrible product — it keeps shedding lint nonstop, and now my bed is completely covered with tiny fuzz all over. And they don't let me return this item.
European White Goose Down Medium Weight Hypoallerg
Nice comforter but it is listed as a down comforter and it is only 75% down and who knows what the other 25% is as it doesn't list it. This is exactly how it is listed.......Shell: 100% cotton; fill: down; 700 fill power. Nowhere in any part of the description does it tell you it isn't 75% down. I returned it
I love this blanket
High Quality blanket although i brought it in the middle of summer
Got Used Item Sold as New. Terrible experience!
I ordered this duvet from Macy’s as a gift for my mom, who’s dealing with a serious illness. When we opened it abroad, it was clearly used: it smelled like detergent, had yellow stains, dirty edges, a marker stain, and a wrinkled, shrunken label — all signs it had been washed and returned. Customer service offered a 15% refund, which is insulting. Returning it means I’d have to carry it back across the world, buy extra luggage, and pay out of pocket to ship it — all for something that never should’ve been resold. This was meant to be a special, luxury gift. Instead, it’s been a stressful and upsetting experience. For a major retailer, this is unacceptable.
