I was looking for a red, silk blouse, and thought this would be a nice alternative to a long sleeve shirt to go under a suit. This is not a silk blouse, but the front is a rayon-type; the back is more cotton-esque. The only thing that holds the shape of the picture are two strings sewing the pieces together. It's actually like a wrap, but the bottom is joined together; so, it's not a true wrap shirt. In between the breasts (where the shirt is sewed together with two pieces of string) and the bottom, you can put your hand through the shirt and touch your stomach. I dislike that as I'm rather modest, and a long necklace will often swing into that area and I'm suddenly shocked by cold metal.
I like the shirt, which sounds odd for the review, but I think if I knew it was more of a wrap, I wouldn't have ordered it. I wish it just draped like the photo rather than be open.
