Not Durable

This mattress was very comfortable for the first 2 years then it started sagging now we can't even sleep on it. Every person I have talked to has had issues with their Serta icomfort. Serta will also make you jump through all kinds of hoops for your warranty. My mattress according to their chart is defective after 1.5 inches of sag I have more than that but they are saying since it's not at least 2 inches they won't cover it. Stay away from Serta they are crooks!

Know what you are getting

After 5 months the depressions on the mattress are a little over 1/2 inch. We are not large people. My husband it 6ft and weight 156, I am 5ft8in and weight 139. Talked to a rep. and said this was normal. The depressions are very noticeable when bed is made up.

Very nice product

iCloud Hybrid Blue Fusion 200 was very comfortable. Took a little getting to the luxurious feel. Temperature control has a very comfortable feel of now being hot or cold throughout the night. First night sleep, I slept for 10-11 hours.

Disappointment

I have another Serta I comfort firm, and I decided to buy plush for my second bedroom. I am very disappointed. It is saggy and causes back pain.

I am using serta products since last 24 years and I am happy for comfort

All my serta mattresses has given perfect comfort within warranty time. They are made in USA close to our local area. Customer service is excellent.

Quick delivery and comfortable

First of all, the delivery was quicker than expected and, the men put booties on so as not to mess up my home. They were extremely polite and fast. As far as the mattress goes, we have had it for one night - so far so good. Really feels nice.
