Money’s Worth
The sound is what I anticipated and longed for, found the detachable speakers amazing, connectivity was effortlessly done as well. Got my money’s worth!!!

Nice sound. Poor controls.
I bought this a few weeks ago and have discovered that when my wife who uses wifi hearing aids connected to the tv, she gets the tv signal and the wifi transmission from the soundbar resulting in echos. I’ve tried eliminating the tv signal but the sound quality from the soundbar wifi is crap. Why can’t I turn the soundbar wifi off!. I can’t use the thing while watching tv. Very disappointing . Its a black elephant.

No bass. The end
This thing has no bass. My old jbl subwoofer had much more control and way better bass sounds. This thing sucks to be honest. Sound is all over the place too. Commercials and music sound different with every changing scene. Even when it randomly gets super loud it still has less bass than ur little sister. I would rank it 1 star but then I would feel really bad about spending a thousand dollars on this thing

First, make sure the subwoofer is properly connected to the main bar, the connection status light should be solid white when paired. Next, move the subwoofer to a different location in the room, with the back panel 4-6 inches against the wall, then confirm the bass level is set to 5. Try unplugging the subwoofer from the wall outlet to see if there's a significant difference in the overall sound output.
