    Great little speaker, Terrible customer service

    The speaker is what I expected, however the customer service was not. Not only did it take longer to ship then it said, but I had to call twice to finally get it shipped. The first time I called the rep was rude. The second time I called they got it Express shipped finally. The money came out of.my account within hours of ordering though.
