Right ear bud died just after Warranty Period
These were great earbuds, until 4 days after the 1 year Warranty period ended the right earbud stopped working. Took it to a repair shop and they said it looked like the battery had died. Unfixable. Pretty disappointing. Lots of money to pay for a unit that only lasted 12 months. Would not recommend

False Expectations
I bought this as an upgrade from the Tune Beam model and the battery life isn't there. The buds will last maybe 2.5 hours before I get the low battery warning. Plus, these aren't as comfortable as the Tunes. They look nice with the silver finish but kind of disappointing that these cost more than the Tune but don't perform as well.

bought these hear buds a few days ago and i can say that im disappointed. the left ear bud wont charge in its port rendering the unit as a whole, useless.

Easy to use, comfortable
I bought these about a month ago after really liking my first pair! My only complaint is that while they connect to my laptop, they are not recognized as a sound device. I keep having to "forget" the connection and reconnect in order to get them to work as an option for sound input or output. I have resolved to just use them with my phone, but it is a bummer as this worked well with my first pair. Otherwise, I think these are some of the best wireless headphones on the market!

Would not purchase
The wind noise is really annoying and you can't change a setting to turn it off (it's either noise cancelling or ambient aware, both plays wind noise through the headphones)
