Great sound control

I bought this for my husband so that he can play his video games while I work on digital content - excellent noise cancellation and surround-sound like effects. We highly recommend!

It can be a complete waste of money.

It doesn't work with quantum engine feature for my computer running windows 10 64 bits, it means no surround effect. It works only with stereo mode. Searching on the internet it seems a lot of users face similar issues. Is unbelievable that JBL doesn't have full compatibility with windows systems. It should be warned in the product box and web page description (with big red words: IT CAN WORK OR NOT IN WINDOWS). I feel really disappointed. To me, it was a complete waste of money.

Thanks for your inquiry. The wireless range is about 10 meters away from the dongle. Please make sure that it's away from any USB 3.0 device to avoid sound quality degradation.

Standby mode is GOD Tier.

After using the JBL Quantum 300 wired headset I knew the upgrade to wireless was no question. The sound quality is amazing they are super light weight. I have been using them for the past 2 months now and I'm impressed with the battery life and I use them daily only needing charging once a week the stand by mode is amazing because I always forget to turn them off. Definitely a great headset for it's price range.

Unfortunately these weren’t the headphones for me, but I thought it worth rating the returns procedure which was easy to use, with labels to print provided and a speedy return of purchase costs
