Not the quality I expected from Jessica Howard

I didn't care for the feel of this dress. The dress felt heavy and the fabric looked cheap to me.

I am a senior plus size woman and couldn't find the right dress for my grandson's casual wedding venue. This dress hit all the marks. The material stretches but the dress fits perfectly! Very flattering...
