14 days agoHard as a rock. Creaks after just 1 month.
Feels completely different than the soft, broken-in one in store. This thing is FIRM, and painfully so. It has not broken in, in the slightest. What's more, after JUST ONE MONTH, the couch has started creaking and clunking when I sit on it. I am not a large human being. What's more, the return window for this is just 3 days... truly a regrettable purchase.

I bought the blue sofa with chaise and am extremely happy. The fabric has held up really well and shows no wear and tear after almost 4 years. The seats have also held up-no sag! Super comfortable for 2 people to lay down. It’s great if you’re having overnight guests as you can sleep two people on the couch. The blue is a great color and it has a mid century vibe with the wooden legs. Overall, could be happier! Highly recommend.

I usually forget to write reviews years after purchasing a product, but as I am on Macy’s looking for a couch to fit another room in the house, I am pleased so see they are still offering this couch! Starting off, I can’t stress how durable this couch is! It has gone through two cross country moves, two puppy’s, and a toddler and is still in great shape! The couch is comfortable, welcoming, and stylish. We’ve had so many compliments on this couch and has even had someone offered to buy it from us! We’ve will occasionally use the wet vac to clean it and the fabric is holding up strong. Just recently has a tread come out because our 40lb puppy and puppy nails snagged a thread. However, it’s still super comfy and looks new. No signs of pilling or weakening of fabric. I can’t express enough how much we love this couch. For the price, it’s a no brainer. Protip- get the blue!

I’ve had this section for several years. It is comfortable but the top cushions sag really quickly and it’s hard to get them back to normal. The color is also more beige than gray so you cannot use any gray pillows or rugs with it. Overall I would have given it 3-3.5 stars. My many star deduction is due to Macy’s service. I paid for the “Do Not Worry” program to service the couch if there were any issues. I tried calling several times to get a service done but no one would answer. I gave up and decided to call to get a refund (which they promise to do after it expires and you didn’t use it) but I cannot get a hold of anyone. It’s been a long process of calling different numbers, being sent to different departments and then when I get to the “right” department NO ONE answers. The online chat was not helpful and there is not an email address to contact. This is ridiculous and ruined my whole experience with Macy’s.

Hard as a Rock. bait and switch from showroom.
We bought this couch purely because of how comfortable it was in the show room at our local Macy's, and we very much regretted it. This couch is as hard as a rock with no give. When we contacted Macy's they gave us an option to return it for a 15% restocking fee, and had no other explanation other than the one in the show room had been sat on and the "foam broken up" to make it more comfortable. It's a beautiful blue, but that's the only thing going for it. It's incredibly uncomfortable.
