Great couch! I bought it in gray and my brother bought it in blue. I would definitely recommend to buy the set up. It only took the 20 minutes.

The legs on the chair didn't have the right sized bolts so the movers had to cut into it to make the legs fit on. Now I have a large piece of wood missing from the front leg.

Really like this ottoman to go with the Jolene sofa... convenient with the storage, comfortable and so nice looking!

This chair is the comfiest, it’s large and has cushions that support you on your sides. Great for reading, lounging, etc. it fits in with my Jollene couch and coffee table and completes a room. It gets comfier with time and the pillow cases are all washable. Just pull them out to air dry.

We’ve had this couch for a year and it’s holding up beautifully. I hate to leave a review if I haven’t had an item for a while, but felt comfortable reviewing the Jolene now that it’s been a year. The fabric needs vacuuming regularly because of the color, but it doesn’t show wear from the frequency. It’s comfortable and I would buy it again.

Junk. The support straps for the seat on this couch broke within months of normal use. We had the warranty and when they came out to repair they told us this happens all the time? It has since broken again and we had to pay an upholster to repair. Very poor quality. Shame on Macys.

We love the style, the construction, and especially the way the top flips over to trays, since we eat dinner on the sofa every night! Tried to leave a review for the matching sectional, but they seem to be discontinued. I feel like we bought just in time!
