Decided to write a review after having this couch for 6 years. It’s perfect, best purchase I’ve ever made. Still looks as good as the day it arrived.

This is my favorite piece of furniture in my whole house. My husband agrees. I keep this couch in my home office, and often take naps on it. I don't even try to go to sleep, it just happens every time I lay on it! It's not too soft or too hard. Removing pillows gives you a lot of room for even tall people. We used it as a bed at Christmas when family came over. They slept well. I've had it for over a year now and it's still holding up strong. I have cats, and they don't bother it. I have the gray color, so I don't see lent or hair. It's honestly perfect 👌🏾.

"White glove" delivery was terrible. Put the sofa and chaise on the lawn, no booties, no mats, dirty sneakers. Hurried out before we could point out a scratch on the front of the sofa. Lacked professionalism. Shocked this is Macy's. Could have put it together better ourselves with more care.

Honestly I’ve gone to all the big furniture stores multiple times all over the last few years and this couch is still one of the best made and quality. We bought it in oct 2019 and it still kept the shape. It’s soft enough to sleep or binge watch tv but still firm enough that it’s not sloppy looking. I wish they made it more configurations as we now have a home not apartment and would love a bigger couch with customizable options. My recommendation is if you are thinking of this couch, buy it .. you won’t regret it.

The couch is alright. If you have pets, forget about the navy color. No matter how much I vacuum or deep clean the hair is there - all the time. Washing the top cushions helps a little bit but you're out of luck with the seat cushions because they aren't removable. 3 years in and already searching for something new. The chaise side is the only comfortable side and my boyfriend, dog and I all fight over who gets to sit there. The back height is perfect though because it sits right up against my window ledge, but other than that...meh!!!

It's not plush, but it's comfier than some of the reviews make it sound - especially when compared to couches of a lower price range. Being able to remove the back cushions also makes it feel larger than it is, making it fairly reasonable for use as a sleeper sofa. As a starter couch for someone in their 20s-30s, I think it's a great fit.

This ottoman is fantastic for any room with TV watchers - you can hide remotes and then turn over the tops to wood and you have a table for drinks, snacks, remote and feet!
