Great bag but annoying straps
Everything is great so far, lots of storage, looks great, however, the straps come undone pretty easily. Not a fun surprise when it’s finally your turn to get off the airplane and your backpack is no longer a backpack lol.

Overall a winner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backpack has several convenient organizational pockets and the fabric seems durable and stain-resistant. It was a great backpack to take to the zoo. It fit a lot and was comfortable. The color and hardware are a beautiful combination. The only drawback is the straps don’t stay where I adjust them so I have to readjust them each time I take it on and off. Not a huge deal, but wish that wasn’t an issue.
