Birthday present for my mom. Just what she needed and she loves it. Chair was discontinued when I purchased , so I got it for a great price. I hope to purchase more discontinued furniture from Macy's in the future!
When the car if fully upright you are still leaning back far. it is uncomfortable. You are never sitting fully upright. The chair is made well and comfortable but I can't constantly be in this reclined position. Also, the foot stool does not go up high enough. you feet are in a downward position even when full lifted.
Macys did not provide a manual..no way to understand the controls unless experiment
Well, the chair is not as big as I expected. I am 5ft4inches and when you recline my feet hang over the end so this would be no good for a taller person. I am also disappointed it does not fit my feet, they dangle over the end.
This chair has been perfect for my husband who was released from hospital non-ambulatory. It has allowed him to be able to sleep and make transfers as needed. He would not have been able to be home without this chair.
We bought this chair for my Father-in-Law and he absolutely LOVES it!!! The chair is very quiet when the button is pulled to lift him out of the chair and the leather is very soft and comfortable. We are extremely happy we got this chair for him and so is he!! You can't go wrong with this purchase!
We have only had this chair for one week...but already has made a huge help in the daily living of a family member. The sales clerks were exceptionally helpful and the delivery system and white glove treatment was so worth the price. Thank you Macy's for your help!
Love the chair. Most comfortable. Purchased it for comfort now and planning for future as aging process continues. Easy to get into chair and, more importantly, to get out of chair, even without the lift.
