I ordered this couch in a special order fabric and I LOVE it. It's low profile keeps my family room open feeling and fresh. It is quite firm at first but I think that is good as it will break down over time. If you are looking for a sectional for a small room this is the best sofa and price you could buy !

Exactly what I wanted & needed for the space. I searched, and this was the best value for the money, hands down.

This couch is the worst. I should have not accepted the delivery when it didn’t fit in the elevator. It’s surprisingly small despite the fact it had to be taken up the stairs. Not comfortable and the pillows get saggy. I’ve had it 5 months and I’m already ready to get rid of it. I love the color but that’s it.

Couch was just delivered, and it’s even prettier than I expected. The color is rich, the shape is gorgeous and it brightens up my whole home! It makes me want to curl up and read a book, so that’s what I did after the movers left! Couch is very easy to move and adjust as well, which I love.

We bought this sofa for our den area where the kids play. It fits perfectly and it a beautiful gray color. I like that we can accessorize with any color. Sleek design with curved arm rests. Love that we can use as a chaisse or sofa with ottoman. Sofa is firm but not uncomfortable. Macys sells quality furniture and I am glad we bought this sofa from them.

Sectional looks just like the picture, ordering a 2nd one. This is a firm compact sectional so if you are really tall it might be a little short for you. We are average height and this is lovely for the family room or someone's apartment. Really pretty blue color and no sagging in cushions at all. Delivery was smooth as well. Very Professional. The chaise is really nice when kicking back and watching a movie.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this couch all except one HUGE PROBLEM... I've had it less than 3 weeks & it already has a dent in the chase! I only weigh 118 pounds! I will unfortunately have to have them take it back or give me some kind of extended warranty because this is unacceptable.

I haven't had the couch very long. Under two years. The fabric is pilling and uncomfortable. Very unhappy with my purchase. Dont think I'll be ordering from Macy's again.
