The description for these boots continues to say they are leather upper, but in fact they are all man-made materials. A disappointment for paying that much money for non-leather shoes. I do love the comfort though, but am debating on returning them due to the leather/non-leather issue. After all, they are Kenneth Cole, they should be leather!

This shoe is very comfortable in the heel and especially in the upper, but it is a bit narrow in the toes and hard on the front of the sole. I'm hoping if I get some cushion in there, my feet might be a little happier. They are very cute and very flattering though so I can ignore the bit of discomfort. Typical woman. Also, it is not made from leather but man made materials.

I tried them on in the store and it was very comfortable and so I bought it! But when I started using them, just walking from parking lot to the church, it hurts my toe! I am hoping that sooner as I wear them often they will be okay. All the reviews in other stores seems very good, very comfortable etc.! I guess I have to give more time to make my feet comfortable with it. I would still recommend this product.

These feel and look like polyurethane - I returned them to the store. If they are real leather, they come from a genetically engineered cow!

Not sure where the music note is on my pair of boots!! These were so comfortable I put them on and wore them all day without any after affects. I usually have to change shoes several times a day. I love the lower heel and wish more shoes and boots came that height. The grayish color is more versatile than imagined and haven't found a color yet that didn't go with them. My friends think these boots are really nice looking and ask where I purchased them.

The grey color in this boot is really cute, goes with red, denim, all blues, brown--you name it. When I tried these on, they felt like slippers. Now that I've been walking around in them a bit--unwisely without some sort of stocking--my heels are sad, sore. There seems to be a tendency with Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes to have comfort issues. I sincerely hope with a little breaking in and some stockings or thin, short socks to prevent rubbing, these boots will prove that tendency to be history. Otherwise, these shoes are extremely cute, comfortable, practical for day-to-eve, unique and feminine. Only a 2.5 inch heel! --that was one of the main selling points for a girl who wishes to not prematurely age her spine or feet with tortuous heels!! Advice: consider going half a size up.
