Works great
I like that the water reservoir is on the side. Makes it easy to fill. I’ve had many Keurig coffee makers and they never seem to last more than a few years but this time the sale was too good to pass up and it still makes a good and easy cup of hot beverage for one person.

I’d rate lower than one star if possible.
Warranty replacement. Wi-Fi won’t work due to outdated software. Fourth replacement in less than two weeks. Tried to get another replacement but told my coffee maker did not qualify because it was not in warranty. I attempted to get a replacement the same day it was delivered. To summarize: first replacement no Wi-Fi due to software. Second replacement same thing. Third replacement received a non smart coffeemaker. Fourth replacement WiFi won’t work- software. All the software problems verified by Keurig call center when I reached out for help. All this for a smart coffee maker, less than a year old, that just stopped working.

Smart Kuerig if you have 2.4ghz to use WiFi
It works great. If you’re looking to get a smart Kuerig make sure that your WiFi is running at 2.4ghz before purchasing.

Just OK
I really hoped I would love this but I just don’t, it’s just OK. No matter how I brew it or what kind, the coffee just doesn’t have a lot of flavor. I prefer a hot stronger brew but numerous times the coffee has a burnt smell & taste.
