My first Addington Plush mattress is so amazingly wonderful, I ordered a second one 3 months later. Instead of being plush and cloud-like, it was extremely firm. Macy's sent an inspector who agreed, and a replacement was ordered. The third mattress was less firm, but still nothing like the first plush one. Three of the same mattress and three different feels? I'm so disappointed, but I'm guessing the fault lies with King Koil. It's a shame because the workmanship is excellent if only they would pay attention to using the correct foams so the feel would be consistent.

looks beautiful, felt soft, was hoping for great things as this brand was highly recommended by sales person. Got the bed, have had it for 3 months now and have been miserable, back aches, shoulders sore, you get stuck in odd positions because of how the bed has settled, we are not sleeping well at all. This mattress has sunk in bad on both sides where we sleep, large hump in the middle that we roll off of down into ruts, we get stuck in a rut created on both sides. Macy's did send someone out to check it and they deemed it is defective and we are now exchanging for another brand but we are very disappointed in this brand.

The King Koil Austen Collection Addington plush box pillow top mattress set is absolutely Heavenly! I spent nearly two years searching for a comfortable mattress before taking a chance on buying this set without being able to try it in a store first. The mattress was not gathering dust in a warehouse. It was made fresh when ordered and delivered in less than 3 weeks. It arrived in a plastic bag, inside a sturdy cardboard box. As soon as the guys put the mattress set in place, I hopped onto the bed to try it out. OMG! This is the most comfortable mattress - a perfect 10! Very soft and luxurious, but I can also feel the support. No pressure points whatsoever, and I never wake up with a sore back. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone who wants a soft, cloud-like mattress that conforms perfectly and provides maximum comfort every night, beginning the first night. I Love, Love, Love this mattress set.

Love Love Love! Delivered 5 days ago and so far the best nights' sleep we've had in years. Very well made, luxurious, gives total support and feels like we're sleeping on a cloud. No overheating, tossing turning, lower back, hip or shoulder pain, just super comfortable and sleep inducing. Definitely recommend
