Item pickup weak

I came to store with proper ID and Macys card used to place order and was told they would be unable to give me the merchandise without a cell phone and bar code. Poorly integrated information management system. I would not lug my desktop computer into the store that i used to place the order. What if I forgot my cell phone at home ?
