Grest Little Starter Machine

So handy!

Love this wee appliance AND it lives on the bench. Protein smoothies each morning. Wizzes up all manners of things as part of dinner. Great dressings. AND made my first hummus in years. Delicious.

Great little bench top mixer

I bought this little mixer as I wanted something light and space efficient to keep on the bench so I wasn’t perpetually leaning over getting out a stick or food processor to chop/mix small quantities - I love it. It’s used daily, sauces, mayonnaise, vinaigrette, even an ice cream batch! Just perfect for the various things I’ve wanted to do. I do wish it had a grating tool also- then it would be better than perfect!
