(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had this for almost 3 years with no issues, then the drive coupling on the blender wore out. Had a quick conversation with customer service and they sent me a replacement coupling at no cost. Now the blender works like new again!

We enjoyed the blender at first, although performance quickly deteriorated and it actually broke this morning. The plastic was stripped again and started burning.

I have had this blender for many years and have used it almost daily for that period of time. It has held up,well. I love it!

Our blender gets used nearly every day for lunchtime smoothies. It works great after seven years of use. I also grind dried peppers in it and make enchilada sauce sometimes too. This blender is a quality kitchen tool that has stood the test of time.

I use my blender all the time. Great for making milk shakes.
