[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with this product, this is a replacement for a new one that wasn’t 6 months old, Kitchen aid was wonderful on the gear issue I had with my first one, sent me a replacement immediately, this one doesn’t have the power of previous and smells like oil every time I use it, I was hoping it would eventually clear up, it hasn’t. It really appears that it is a refurbished product. The quality of the product is not what it used to be, love the color, that’s about it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had received my artisan mixer as a contest win. When asked to choose a color, I assumed the Ice was a white shade, as no white had been listed. It did not say Ice Blue in my email just Ice. I really do not like this Ice color and have not taken my mixer out of its box.. Is there a chance a dealer in Victoria, BC, would exchange this product for a white color? I know I will like the mixer and appreciate winning the contest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked like what must be a different model, the bowl capacity doesn't fit 2 standard loaf mix, so you can only make 1 loaf at a time. The motor isn't as sturdy as the standard model. Doesn't feel like a real kitchen aid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one month ago. When I received it, it was packaged in the Artisan 5 quart package. When I opened it, the packaging was pristine, along with the picture depicting the typical Artisan. I noticed that Mine did not have the black plastic motor brush screws on the main body but was solid. The silver metal plate around the body labeled it as an Artisan. I subsequently saw a 4.5 quart version with a main body, solid without the Brush screws, just like Mine at a local store. Not sure what is up with that. I have used it to make pizza dough and bread and it has functioned fine. I am just confused as to the difference in not having the plastic brush screws and the solid body.
