Non induction compatible

I purchased this Kitchen Aid Hard-Anodized Induction Nonstick Frying Pan, 8.25", Matte Black specifically for the "induction" portion. I have attempted this on more than one occasion with various scenarios, achieving failed results. However, using another proven induction skillet in the same scenario yielded positive results. We are in a long-term rental and had to purchase "induction" cookware to cook. This does not meet the grade.

Awesome little saucepan

Nothing sticks! And after having it on high heat for 10 minutes or more, I was still able to grab onto the handle without a pot holder.

Teflon nonstick coating WARNING

After fully reading about this product I would not buy it. It contains all the pft bfts and such that are harmful to your health. That bird people like me, have known about for decades, because the fumes kill our birds.

I bought this set write after i looked on line and it said a kitchen aid cookware made after 2013 is induction capable and the lied it was not.
