Disappointed with Macys
I had the item I ordered shipped to store for pick up. I was out of town when I received notification that it was in. I tried several times unsuccessfully to call the store to extend the pick up date. Could never connect with a REAL PERSON. Eventually I received notification that my account was credited for the item. Very frustrating but… I just let it go. Shouldn’t be that difficult to extend a pick up date a few days.
