I bought them over a year ago in brown. Firts, they are not soft. I was hoping that with time they will become softer, but they didn't. Second, they've lost the color, So, overall they are ok towels, but they are not on my shopping list any more. Maybe in different colors they will be better, but I don't think I want to figure it out.

I bought my Lacoste croc towels as a gift for this Christmas. Received them yesterday. Not only was the packaging of them beneath what I would expect from Macy's but more so the towels are rough to the touch. I am thoroughly disappointed in them. They look so great on the screen. I would not buy them again.

I have to be honest. I bought 6 sets of these and was pretty disappointed in the way they feel and remove the excess water after showering. They feel like something between a bath towel and a canvas tarp when drying off. I like the Lacoste brand, but these missed the mark by a mile. I wish I had stuck with Ralph Lauren towels as they are so much more absorbent and thicker cotton. These look nice in the bathrooms, but I was really expecting something better than a display piece.

We were willing to spend extra for quality towels.The reviews were consistently good/great. The towels disappointed. First they were washed as directed. All the bath towels have approximately 4 inch long unthreading of the material on the absorbent part of the towel. Not just one per towel but several. They are absorbent, fairly soft, nice color. Quality poor. We do not recommend . Thank you

Well made. Didn't lose color the first time I washed it. I plan on buying more from lacoste.

I bought bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths from this line. They have ALL had issues! Warning; do not buy! The wash cloths, after being washed once, on delicate and dried on low heat - have shredded on the sides and are falling apart. The hand towels and bath towels have gotten weird stains, almost like light spotting all over them. Again, washed as directed; delicate, dried on low setting. Nothing else in my laundry has these stains, only the towels. I also bought 4 bath mats; one of them has the rubber backing starting to come off already! I've only had this set for less than 1 month! Previously, I had purchased Lacoste towels and bath mats from a discount chain. They lasted years! Had them at least 8 years and they were great. Seems as though Lacoste has taken a huge nose dive in quality. Would not purchase Lacoste towels again.
