The first time I made drunken chicken to try out the pan works great

Very lightweight which makes cleanup easy. Good size casserole, can handle one pound of pasta comfortably. However, this pan slides across the burner grate of my gas stove too easily, maybe the problem won't be so bad on a flat stove top. I think it's caused by a combination of how light the pan is plus there are no grooves on the bottom of the pan. I have other even more lightweight pans but none of them slide so easily, I have to hold on to the handle of this one every time I need to stir.

I love the pan. Its a perfect size for our family needs. The only drawback is that the handles get too hot.

This is possibly one of the best cookware I have ever purchased. I am actually cooking more and making wonderful new recipes using this casserole. Love it.
