Late arrival and promotion denied

So far, I have not received my order after nearly two weeks of placing the order. It is unusual, but it is also happening more often, I'm afraid. In addition, I received a $20 promotion coupon when I ordered the Lancôme skin cream, but when the order was placed, the discount was not recognized. Later, I tried to dispute the issue with Customer Service. Only after about 30 minutes' waiting, I found out there was no way that I would get it. I've lost confidence in Macy, and I'm not sure I'll ever make another purchase with them.
