birthday ruined

I purchased this and had it shipped to my Daughter for her birthday, Plenty of time to ship and in didnt make it, this ruined the sequence of gifts and no explaination other than oops were sorry

Love this serum

I really love this serum. I used it for many years. I have switched to the Advanced, but I will get a bottle of the ultimate as well because I love them both so much. I don’t know if I need them both but I will ask the Lancôme verity advisor at Macy’s.in Victorville ca “Karen” she is the best she will know
