Skin irritation

Used the serum around my eyes, followed by Genefique eye moisturizer. Pain and redness developed after a week and a half. I'm discontinuing use. How do I get a refund?

Eye serum that performs.

This serum firms and assists with diminishing fine lines around they eyes and eye lid. I wear contacts and have no issue with it day or night. It works under any of the Lancome eye creams, btw. Worth the money.
