Luxurious Serum

I wasn't sure about this but it has really won me over. Absorbs quickly and layers well with other products. Perks up tired eyes, especially when stored in a beauty fridge. I can't comment on how well it works as a lash serum since I avoid my lash line, but I have applied to my upper lids and it works well to reduce puffiness.
