These gloves just came in the mail. I love them. The gloves were delivered with the security beeper still on them. Oct has been a bad month for orders. Macy's cancelled one of my orders even though the money was in my bank account. Now, I have to wait 5 days for the hold to be gone. I do not want a Gift Card. Moreover, when I used Chat and the telephone to resolve the issue, both times an agent disconnected me. In spite of these problems, these gloves are beautiful.
