SCAMMED

Ordered this blazer & received confirmation email right away, promising blazer would be delivered in 3-5 business days. "After" the 30 minute cancellation window had lapsed, Macy's sent a follow up email saying "Actually.....this item is on backorder." At which time I stated that I'd like to cancel the order. But of course since "I" missed the 30 minutes cancellation window, I couldn't cancel the order. Well played, Macy's. I'll never order from Macy's again. Customer service is located in Philippines & very long waits, etc.
