Sturdy and Good Looking

First thing I noticed the pans are sturdy but not heavy. The material is great for cooking with no oil or butter. Cooks and boils food nicely. I noticed the handle gets warm but not hot which is a plus when cooking. Easy to wash and dishwasher safe. I enjoy cooking with these pans and they are good looking too. Also the pans don’t gets scratched easily but I have been careful because I really like them.

Scratches easily even when using silicon utensils

We recently purchased the Toughened Nonstick PRO 6-piece set. While making pancakes using a silicone spatula, the large 11-inch frying pan got a noticeable scratch. We are extremely disappointed. The other cookware has been fine so far, but the large frying pan seems to be not as tough as claimed. We called Le Creuset and they asked us to submit a warranty claim upon which we received the following: "After reviewing the pictures you submitted and the description you provided, your claim does not fall under our Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. Our warranty only covers manufacturer defects and defects in workmanship. Since this is not going to affect the performance of the item, we are unable to replace the unit." Ultimately, still disappointed.
