Bought this frame with a Leesa mattress three years ago. I am sad to say that the inner level on which the slats rest is now pulling away from the frame and the slats are sliding around. Imagine my surprise when I sat down and the mattress sunk through the slats. I’m not a skinny person…but I’m not so obese as to cause this to weaken, I don’t think. Poor construction.

Perfect solution for platform foundation to an old bed

Easy and simple to set up. Looks aesthetically pleasing.

We couldn’t wait to get our King bed. We are loving it more than our Queen.

I can really tell the difference between my Leesa mattress on my aluminum box spring versus this foundation. It makes the mattress even better! The unfinished wood can cause splinters & there was a lingering wood smell for several weeks. Not major issues, but worth mentioning.

junk, the slats were different sizes, had to basically bend some to fit, fabric isn't seamed at all, just loose threads everywhere. wood is visually low quality. mattress sits very low on floor

This foundation was a complete disappointment. After using inexpensive box springs under our King size Leesa Hybrid for the last few years, we decided to splurge on the foundation. But the beams that run down the middle of it (that take the full weight of the mattress) are completely inadequate. They are hollow- two thin boards along the top and bottom with a few supports along the way, then covered in black fabric so you can’t tell. We couldn’t figure out why we were sagging so terribly at night, then we lifted the mattress off and realized we could flex the center beams down with just the weight of a finger pushing down. So my husband had to remove the two supports, and replace them with solid lumber that he had to cut down to size. If Leesa used solid wood supports instead of the manufactured hollow beams, I would give the foundation 5 stars. But unless you are handy and can replace parts yourself, I do not recommend this foundation. Leesa told us they would reimburse us for the lumber, but that hasn’t happened yet.
