I was looking for a slim jean for my husband in the dark color but these were way too tight. I ordered his usual size that he wears in 514 and 511 slim and these did not fit. Perhaps it is just not the right fit for him, but the color was perfect. Wish you had more fit options for the dark wash.
Forget any misgivings you may have about a pair of white 511 slim-fit Levi's. The physical comfort and just-enough flex of these 511 Flex Jeans provide the assurance you're looking good - and that is the true "comfort" they afford. White Levi's were popular in my youth but I haven't had a pair in forever. These are an excellent addition to my wardrobe and will be worn with the utmost confidence in the style, fit, and ability to move.
took a while to select the right pair of jeans for me as there is such a huge choice but very happy with what I have
They are so washed out there's hardly color left. I'm used to the 511 with nice blue color that washed out perfectly. Also, why is the 'pattern' now running up and down the legs? There used to be a diagonal pattern but now there's some kind of vertical almost dotted lines running the entire jean. Also, look at the label...cheap looking...like cardboard. The fit isn't what it used to be either...I got 5 pairs and they're all baggy and crumple up. Says 'slim' but they're not what they used to be. I wore 511 for many years...
The Dark Hollow wash, or whatever it's called, clearly shows a model in black jeans. I received these jeans today and they are absolutely blue. I absolutely hate them, but I cannot find the same fit and a true black color. So I guess I'm stuck with an expensive mistake. Please represent your colors as they actually are!
The website shows this style as 99% cotton, 1% elastane. The tag in the product I received shows the actual fiber content as 88% cotton, 10% polyester, 2% elastane. I wouldn't have ordered this style had I known, but it's not worth the hassle to return them. Caveat emptor!
I loved my first pair of 511 Slim Flex so much I decided to buy a second pair. The first pair was a tad snug, but had been hand-washed cold enough times to maybe cause some slight shrinkage (and also I might have gained the Covid-19lbs), so I decided to stick with 34/32. Wow. So much bigger. Whatever, right? 99% cotton.. I'll just boil it down and stick it in the dryer. Several times. To zero effect.
I'm 60 years old and been wearing nothing but Levi's since the age 14 I wish you sold 511 in 27 waist x 34 length
