Alarm Tag

Hello, I’m reaching out because my online order arrived with the security alarm tag still attached. This required an extra trip to the store to have it removed, which was inconvenient. Please let me know how this can be addressed. Would of giving it a five star rating but unfortunately it came with an Alarm tag still attached.
