Perfect for me!

I like the size and it is perfect for me to get my walking in. After my walk I get on the vibration plate. It almost feels like a leg massage after a long walk.

Ready for Winter Indoor Walking!

I live in the midwest and love to hike outdoors, but sometimes the weather just isn't favorable for that--especially when it is rainy or ictly outside. With the quick, easy set up of this treadmill I am all set for indoor walking. It doesn't take up a lot of space, but is heavy to move. I find that the treadmill length works best for slower walking (1.5 mph) because at the higher speeds I want to take a longer stride, but this will be perfect for strolling along leisurely and perhaps the more I use it, the better I will adapt to the length. Love that it comes with lubricating oil and directions for maintenance and upkeep.
