The shoes make a sound when walking-like air coming out of the cushion of the foot- and it isn’t quiet. Unfortunately they were on clearance so they will not take them back and while there is a process for returning defective shoes, its yet to be determined whether or not they are defective in the eyes of the company. Pretty disappointing purchase and I’ve bought many of their shoes.

Never arrived
Never arrived. The wrong delivery came and the person sent me a label to return the men's sandals that came instead and said that she reordered these for me but they've never come so I'm done with Macy's
I like this shoe!
I like the design, how it’s made, a very comfortable shoe. The drawback is the shoe make a squishing sound with each step. I can’t wear these shoes because of the sound they make…it’s very noticeable.

Beautiful & comfortable sandal!
The sandals look and fit beautifully! They are very comfortable as well! My only issue is that I can't take them off simply by unzipping the back. I have to undo the buckle as well. Other than that issue, I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase!

These sandals are simple and have a classic look. I like how they look and love how comfortable they are. The problem is, they squeak. Maybe it’s all the air because they’re so cushy? I hope as the cushion flattens, the squeaking will stop. So I’m undecided whether to keep or whether to return.

Too big for me but I’m a 4.5 and hoped the 5 would fit. True to size very cute shoe!!
