This is NOT pink!

I selected the most gorgeous pale pink based on numerous photos and this arrives (see pics). Why is it clear, why is it sort of orange and why is it called “pink Ooh La La”? When I read the description, it said that it changes color based on your mood…nope! I put it on my lips and it’s as clear as anything. I swatched it on my wrist so you can see just how clear it is. I’ve been a long time fan and customer for over 30 years, but this was terribly disappointing. I love the wand and how it hugs the lip and I won’t be returning it because it does feel great on the lips so tonight I’m wearing it to bed. But I need to order something with color!

Because it reacts to your unique skin chemistry, the final color can range from a very sheer pink to a soft "your-lips-but-better" glow, which is why it may appear clear in a wrist swatch but more tinted on the lips. It is meant to be a high-shine treatment rather than a high-pigment gloss. Since you are looking for that gorgeous pale pink with more immediate "wow" factor, we highly recommend trying our L'Absolu Gloss in a cream finish or our Juicy Tubes for more visible color payoff! Hydrare about 3 hours

Nice texture with bit of tingling feeling but that is it. My lips hydrated about 3 hours then back to chapped lips.

Beautiful formula!

I absolutely love this Lip Oil. I saw a younger woman wearing it, and I had to stop and ask her what it was. As soon as she told me, I ordered it! It's so pretty and feels great on my lips! Even leaves a beautiful stain.
