Very unsettling

Very dissatisfied with Macy service. I ordered these Disney pins the day that they got released. Macy's charge my Macy's credit card and shortly after I got shipping information. Was so excited to see them arrive in San Bernardino California (the hub not too far from us) but for some reason the purchase got switched to a "return to sender status". Shortly after I received a refund gift card in the mail. Extremely upset because I did not generate a return and was expecting the pins to be delivered.

Order cancelled

I placed my order and never received it. I’m assuming it was cancelled but I didn’t get an email saying it was cancelled.
