Terrible shipping

I ordered this on Nov 28th for my mom as an advent calendar. It has been in "processing" and has not shipped and it's Dec 17. 3weeks with no update. I want to return it but I haven't received any package to return

Tiny, smells horrible, disappointed in Macy's!

Every item is tiny & smells horrible! SO disappointed that Macy's would sell something so cheap! They're not even travel size!

not worth it

The packaging is great. The products not so much there are items like a mini loofah, a tiny washcloth, tiny socks, while these sound fine, they’re just mini size and impractical, they’ll never be used. Other items are hotel size mini shampoos and body wash that again, will get no use. I may just donate to a women’s shelter.

all the items are cheap and very much not worth the price. 9 days in and it's quite a disappointment
