Fair yellow/pink mix Asian skin, this shade looks incredible on me. I think it probably looks incredible on everyone. Nothing beats it. (I'm writing this review like, 5 years after I first purchased it, too!) Definitely would repurchase once I run out. Yes, it can kind of fade off a little bit but compared to other lipsticks, I can't complain. Even if it's faded a bit in the middle of my lips, it STILL looks great. Does get into creases if you don't wear any primer or prep your lips, etc.
Lasts for hours.
Broke off at the base on the first use. Clearly a faulty product. Such a shame as I was excited that this shade had been reintroduced. A waste of money :(
The lipstick was purchased based on its advertisement and promises, but unfortunately, it does not live up to the advertisement. Once applied, it takes less than ten minutes, and the colour is off (one can imagine how fast it goes off when eating or drinking). Despite the gorgeous colour, it is a complete waste of money and does not even deserve one star. I am highly disappointed it is not a lipstick I would recommend to others. However, this does not count for all MAC products; for example, the foundation (MAC Studio Fix) is very good and lives up to its promises. Nevertheless, I hope this is being looked into soon!
If you are looking for a glossy nude pink lipstick, I would highly suggest Peach Blossom. It gives you just enough color to not look washed out and I have been going back to it almost daily as the weather gets warm. It gives you the perfect glow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reorder this color (Twig) over and over. Perfect color, I’m fair and it gives my lips a natural look but adds warmth to my skin tone.
