Again Mac with the trend setting. My love of baked shadows came from these, I love how you can play with the intensity from bold metallic like bold in your face green to a softer wash for accent of the crease. Wet/dry are some of my favorite shadows a little fix+ on the brush and WoW sparkling eyes. These pans are quite large and last forever I have quite a few shades but smutty green is my favorite.I'm usually not a fan or greens and blues, but this color is such an exception.Mineralize is such a great product line frim Mac as a whole. And again Mac sets the trend on the baked goods with many other brands to follow. There is just a small bit of fallout apon first application but a light dust of a fan brush is all you need to clean it up___
They didn't have the color listed in the drop down menu. Picture looks like a lot of blue but came in with more of the black in it. Very dark and not very blue looking. Quality is good though.
It was this Cinderfella eyeshadow that started my amazing (and rather expensive, I apologize to my checking account)journey into my obsession with MAC Cosmetics. What a wonderful item to choose. It's funny how the now-40 year old me still reaches for what I did in my early 20s. I use it mostly as a lazy-day eyeliner applied with a stiff liner brush, over black eyeliner to "set" it or to give it a bit of a glittery kick, or, like I do now, use a mixing medium to create a stunningly pigmented and long-lasting liquid liner. If I apply it dry, and too heavily, I may have a bit of glitter fallout, but when I use my Paint Pot in Painterly as a base, this shadow doesn't budge until I ask it nicely with a makeup remover-soaked cotton ball. I don't typically find any remaining glitter the next day, as it comes off well. I honesty have nothing bad to say about these: they're versatile, they're buildable, and they stay on until you remove them. The only caveat to the "staying on" part is if the eye shadow is applied too thickly. Without primer of some sort, only about one layer will stay on without causing a nuclear glitter shower on your cheeks. Been there, I advise you NOT to do it yourself! Imagine my shock when I came here to find a suitable replacement for my now nearly-depleted pot of Cinderfella, only to find that it still exists, well over 15 years later, and in almost the exact same form! I liked it enough to buy another one... who knows? This one may outlive me!
again such unusual beauty and great on me its not star trek but still alien fairy dust very beautiful they should be star trek they are so fabulous and weird i got mine today with smutty green very happy with them beautiful colours glad i discovered them by accident
This just turned up today. Not only two days before scheduled which is astounding. But this is the most fabulous eyeshadow in my collection. I thought gilt by association was outstanding. But this is the twilight of sparkley green shades. I'm so glad I finally got my hands on it. Its never in stock at either of my local counters. I must say that mac online is my favorite aspect of the buying process from the company. I don't feel judged or as though I'm a bother. And the one time there was an issue it was fixed and I was extremely satisfied. I love mac cosmetics and will always order or attempt at least at my local counters. Its the only makeup brand that I trust in quality and in selection. Thank you Mac online for making my day fabulous.
Bought Young Punk mineralise eyeshadow yesterday and it's stunning! So easy to blend and it is so pigmented. I will be buying the other in the collection
I absolutely LOVE Young Punk! When I first purchased it, I was unsure of the best way to apply it as it does have a different texture than MAC's regular eye shadow. Since, I have found a number of ways to wear it. Young Punk is my #1 go to color for a smoky eye. When applied with a damp brush (misted with fix plus), the color is highly pigmented. When applied dry, its both buildable and blendable. I also like it as a crease color or in my outer V. It seems to adhere well when used with Paint pots (I like it with Vintage Selection). I'm completely obsessed with this! Cinderfella is next on my list!
I am a firm fan of the mineralise eye shadows. I absolutely adore this new limited edition range. I bought the force of nature colour, which is a lovely rich mocha. It goes perfectly with my very fair skin and brown eyes. I love the way the matte and shimmer shades blend they really do look stunning on. I now have my eye on purchasing more of these beauties before they sell out!
