Product not identical

I have been using this powder for years. However, the last one I ordered it is darker, even though is same code on the back. I am not happy with this new product because it’s way darker than what I am used to use.

Plz Bring Back the Old Formula!

What happened?!? Why change something so wonderful, only to make it worse? I even agree with another reviewer about the sponge, too! On top of all of that the “find my shade” tool provided my shade, I bought it, and it was not even CLOSE to my old shade (plus more orange!). After that disappointment, I did the tool all over again, & it gave a different shade! Oh, it gets better. That day I did the tool 5 times and it alternated between 2 shades! ??? I’ve been using this since COLLEGE, a looong time (likely longer than the person who decided to CHANGE this formula, and DEFINITELY longer than the person who developed the find my shade software have both been alive). PLEASE. BRING. BACK. THE. OLD. FORMULA. I am begging you. I do NOT want to have to hunt down a new make-up. I really really WANT to stay with MAC.

New design

The new design is not an improvement. The item is was sold was all broken. I dont love the application pad either. I have been a customer of MAC for 30 years and I am very disappointed in the product.
