Love how versatile this shoe is! I don’t understand why so many people had issues with the back strap; I didn’t have issues with mine falling at all. Fits true to size and is good quality. Pretty comfortable..Great heel for work or to dress up a casual outfit.

Back strap is too loose

Back strap is too loose. It seemed stretched out or simply a poor design because the strap was about a half inch too loose and awkward. I don't think sizing down would help because the toe box and length would be too tight
